    Based on history what can the market assume but technical problems or delays? Clearly results of some sort should have been delivered.

    Also, they still haven't thought of anything new for their announcements other than the horribly dour 'Operational advisory'. I just hope they get the opportunity to use the word 'successful' in their titles in the future.
