Got the call today, I hold a small batch of shares (and had, as usual, disposed of my proxy forms assuming they were irrelevant). The call was as everyone else has stated - the tone was actually very friendly though and to be honest I'm glad management are going to these lengths.

I'll be voting in favour of all proposals (once my proxies are re-sent). I guess a lot of the stock must be held by various small holders, so if you're in the same boat (regardless of getting a call) - be sure to vote!

As far as I'm concerned MB is crucial to TZ. Another proposal mentioned was approving the issuance of convertible notes and options to QVT. The 'script' noted that if these aspects were not passed, QVT could force immediate repayment of their debt (hence admin). I may be recalling this incorrect. I think the general gist was 11 proposals, vote in favour of all. I trust the board and will be voting accordingly.
