I just got the call - someone reading me a pre prepared script about how if we didnt back the management the whole thing would go into administration. I asked the caller to report to management that I didnt appreciate the implied threat and I would be making my mind up how to vote in my own good time.

Personally I am very supportive of the new management but I think this is a clumsy and insulting way to treat loyal shareholders. If they suspect a need to mobilise votes to see off another challenge from AS and his mates then just tell us.
