well begger me - i have just had the same call as matt.

i am a small shareholder, so there is no reason to call me.

5 minutes ago I gave matt a td for his post, i am now going to reverse it.
the tone of the message was exactly the same - vote in favour of all resolutions or the co. will be forced into administration.
i asked the guy after he read his script, and clearly stated that he was calling on behald of TZ limited management.
