    I questionned BIP re the share certiificates and received the following email response....

    "The DRS Statement was mailed to the registered former PIH holders on December 8.

    The US and Australian postal services have advised us that it could take 10 to 15 business days for these statements to reach their destination.

    If not already received, you should expect to receive it in the next few days."

    I have received nothing as yet but hopefully soon.
