    Got the prospectus in Bris Vegas today's mail.

    SUX!

    Must have minimum 10,000 shares as at 6 April for priority access to 20m allocation for holders. If not another 5m allocated to Public Offer.

    I'm not a 10,000 holder so buggar it.
