If Port of Darwin is to get any funding we should know relatively quickly. Timelines for Infrastructure Australia are for a priority list to go to COAG in March. Pity the govt has to spend $10 billion on Chrissie presents for pensioners and families.
I'd be much happier if it was OK for Govt's to be able to say the deficit word once in while. When the private sector can't spend its time for Govts and who cares about a little debt if its spent on solving future problems.
