LNG will be piped from Browse gas fields to Darwin will this have any effect on the likelyhood of a bulk cargo shipping facility being built in what I assume will be a similar timeframe ??
Yes Gov'ts are adopting the Keynsian deficits in downturns spending programs so thats a plus but there will be politically compelling arguments from the big population centres, read NSW,VIC, for federal funds NT might have to be content with "going PPP" (Public Private Partnership) and billing itself as a can-do place where all are welcome come TENIX come all.
Lots can go wrong and will, buy on dips (buy in gloom, sell in Boom) Do the fundamentals remain in place in reading guys like sigmadelta I'd say so.
