I'd encourage any holder with issues or queries over EX1 to ring Dixon and discuss them and if you can't get on to him try Oxley or whoever is next in line. Every holder is entitled to do that and I'd be interested in the feedback.
In the meantime if someone wants to start a thread for discussion with anyone on HC they're fully entitled to do that as well.
I'm comfortable with whatever I've heard but my tolerance for risk and time might be different to most others.
