Doesn't matter if metal prices are high when you don't have funds to build a mine. NCM is dated battery tech using expensive metals. Auto manufactures investing billions in R&D for example Nickola Trucks will be showcasing their Nickel, Cobalt free battery next year. Anyone who is not mining now run the risk of never mining. All imho.
