    Thanks mir. You are right... but as Graham Dowland is also a non executive director of AUT, (I'm thinking) perhaps there is some sort of shuffle going in order to allow for a prospective takeover of EKA by AUT without any "conflicts of interest"? I don't know, just pure speculation on my part.
