as ive previously posted all the directors except clayton are ex dioro and they were pretty useless with communication even when dioro was being taken over they kept saying do nothing(as they were doing and keep doing) Keep clayton and get rid of the ex dioro directors i beleive they are on multiple company boards and are too busy getting paid to worry about what the share price is doing.
