has bul finally bottomed

It looks like Bul has found support at 6 cents. I'm no TA expert but is this bounce a buy signal or just the SP consolidating before before moving lower.

What I don't like about the low SP is that it it makes capital raising very dilutionary, if you have to have a SPP or placement in the near future.

The problem with Blue energy is they have absolutely no revenue, no medium term prospect of having any revenue, and when they run through their cash the market will be reluctant
to stump up with more cash. They still haven't booked any 2p or 3p reserves and it's taken them years not to do this. Accordingly the SP is getting punished.

Is there anything positive about this company that I might have missed.
