CHM lost its constuctive court case.
The mmx payments to CHM as a result of the court case are less than a million dollars. According to MMX.
CHM is worthless. There tenaments were abandoned and picked up by CHM so it could relist.
TS wanted a slice of MMX Jack Hills and that was dismissed by the court.
Unless TS sold yesterday CFE will end up chasing Phillip Grimaldi for his money. Good luck with that.
As CFe shareholders you should be angry TS has wasted your money for a punt on this.
Its all rotten.
