My estimate based on the mmx ann is CHM get value of 10,000,000 mmx shares =$15 million from Grimaldi
plus about $700,000 from mmx plus court costs say $300,000 (wild guess)= $16 million

With about 1,500,000,000 CHM shares on issue this = just over 1c /CHM share

I don't think CHM have much else?

Not good but not a disaster for CFE - I recall we paid 1.5c/share

This is my interpretation for entertainment only I am happy for others to prove me incorrect
