This is a serious question. Is this a mining company or a company solely listed to pursue litigation? It is listed as a mining stock but nobody can say whether any mining,drilling or even exploring has ever taken place. Im sure the ASX and the rest of the market community would like to know more about the circumstances surrounding the actual listing of CHM and the true reason and method this was achieved. This board has raised many questions about the way MMX has acquired the Jack Hills tenement. Isnt it fair we investigate the original listing of this penny dreadful that allowed any litigation against MMX to even exist? MMX has put everything on the table its time we find out what or who is behind CHM and the phantom litigation funder. Lets see who is the shadiest...
