    Yeah it's possibly in stage two of Stan Weinsteins share life cycle. The only issue here is how long will it stay in stage two ? It could go sideways for a while unless they win a significant multi million dollar order.

    It is likely that this is the floor, but I am not sure? I have no money in it yet.
