The scrapping of the underground rail option for the Perth-Mandurah railway should mean that the contract should be re-let to other companies. Clough expressed doubts about the underground option and wanted government guarantees which weren't forthcoming. Smells of WA Inc again. Labour gov in WA in death throws.
