The scrapping of the underground rail option for the Perth-Mandurah railway should mean that the contract should be re-let to other companies. Clough expressed doubts about the underground option and wanted government guarantees which weren't forthcoming. Smells of WA Inc again. Labour gov in WA in death throws. Expect more to come out of this. Clough should sue them.
