has coag abandoned nationwide rational fit

Nearly two years ago the Commonwealth and state COAG council of Austrlalian Governments put getting a nationwide rational approach to a FIT scheme for PV and other (small scale) renewables onto its agenda.

This item appears to have fallen completely off the COAG agenda, leaving each state to set its own policy.

As we have seen in NSW, the results can be unpleasant for PV providers.

The absence of a nationwide FIT policy must surely be a drag on any company (such as AIR) which hopes to become a national player.
