Sorry, going to have to disagree. One of the reason's I bought the shares in the first place was the service, especially technical, I got in my local store. JBH might employ more hip people with more tatts and piercings, but I have had good service at DSH.
If they were heavily discounting the right stuff, I would be interested (once the boss approves the expenditure). And I am after techy stuff, not phones, macbooks etc, but routers etc.
Based on postings, I must be in the minority. I have also lost a bucket load of money, so from an investment point of view they have been a crock, so I am no DSH fanboy.
