    I just read the prospectus dated early November and it clearly states how many shares could be issued under this agreement so any partner will be fully aware of the dilution risks. The fund can't redeem any more shares prior to xmas so I'm confident something will be done. .....Actually I'm not confident, just bloody hopeful!!!!
