As I see it the West must do whatever it takes to control the outbreak, and beat it, within Africa. Making it difficult for medical and others to return home would be counter productive, and by closing borders you are putting already desperately poor people even further behind the 8 ball. We must not do anything to weaken their economies further, rather the reverse.
