Plenty of shareholders are pissed about the cost of this cap raise.
I've taken up this very issue with Management.
The costs are absolutely extortionate.
Mahe Capital have done a great con job.
As I pointed out to the Elsight Board - this is the cost of not having a corporate advisor appointed in Australia.
ELS have been taken for the ride.
The Australian non exec Directors have always been useless.
Anyway, if we get the announcements we want and expect then the cost of this raise will be a distant memory.
