Hold on doesn't it really just show that the current BOD are incompetent with the financial basics of running a listed company and bring into question their ability to commercialise Halo?
You can have the best product in the world but if you don't even have average management you're almost certain to fall short of your objective. Israel start ups seem to take a similar corporate governance approach to silicon valley in the early 1990s. They also seem to always select 'culturally combatable teams irrespective of their suitability to fill the position.
