Very valid points Franco.
From a FA perspective, we are on the cusp and for holders like myself who have waited since listing, I don’t want to throw the baby out of the bath water just yet.
With that said, I still maintain the board need to go. No matter how you dissect this Mahe Capital transaction, it is deplorable.
How a board can be there to safeguard holders and endorse such terms would leave anyone speechless.
My 2 retrievers would have said no deal to the options. And my 3yr old nephew for that matter.
The worst placement terms I’ve seen in 25yrs.
