thing is, there must be a big hole in university course and even post graduate stuff with repect to company funding and cap raisings etc -one would hope MB's and Directors courses would have reasonable training but there are hundreds of company Ceo's and Directors who stuff it up, especially in the smaller end of the market
i think hinbidoffer has made a pretty relevant point -just hope they learn
