    @ stayer - the problem is the attitude of utterly disregarding the shareholders' interest.

    At the beginning of this chain I specifically wrote we, shareholders, paid the placing fee - and then "they" - BOD, includes the senior operational guys in Israel -make us suffer dilution.

    The financial cost is but one aspect, the other is the lack of fiduciary care for us the people who stuck with them and financed them!

    Bad Omen.
