all your posts on ELS are complaining about the raise. shareholders only put up $5.4m. Mahe raised another $5.6m themselves.
when i say Michael knows FAA coming I mean he is taking a calculated bet. just like me. do you think his clients put up $5.6m into illiquid stock at 45c to flip for pips? they buy for bhags. there is no extreme fees. they got paid $675K cash for raising $11m. the stock has to bhag for options to be in the money. no one has influence on FAA. but michael will promote the story big time if he has 10m 90c options. count how many bhags this makes next year.
