My base assumption is 10 mio USD of revenues next year and your man in Perth will be responsible for zero; nor will be the resulting price appreciation. He will free ride his options on the back of the Board's lack of due care and attention to the principles of being fair to all shareholders (does this get me around the moderator?) and hence exposed us to this folly. People who have been around have just had their pockets pinched to the tune of 6% - mathematical fact.
