@ upandatit - With this offering there were circa 130 mio shares outstanding and 20 mio options which are in the money. Let's just say 150 mio shares.
You expect a 50 mio bid - 33 cts per share; or about 25 cts if you deduct the cash in the bank.
Cleary - to use your word - your "understanding" is somewhat limited not so well informed.
