I was also wondering this; is suspect that each comment needs to be addressed in the application before final certification can occur. I've read all the comments and a number of the concerns you would think would have been addressed previously, such as identification of the drone and hazard detection which seemed to be the main concerns.

It was pleasing to see that the most recent comment fully endorsed the certificate.

If more work is required to address the comments then you'd expect January but potentially if they've already been addressed it would be a welcome Christmas present for us all with news on or around 22 December confirming the certificate has been issued.
