My malayian sources have told me that ETC has issue their first invoice for the gas bottle contract with China.

strong buying today suggests a good profit forcast.

I think ETC will have to have a 7-10 million dollar profit this first half year other wise they won't meet there 2009 yearly forcast.

At the 2008 AGM it was noted that this profit might be used for a share buy back in lieu of issuing a dividend.
