Link  -  Thanks for your opinion.  However, I disagree - I think there is a good chance APG announce a solid deal with a major to fund the remainder of the plant.  I don't expect to hear this until mid-to-late Feb at earliest.  

In addition - should the deal not go through, I would suggest that major shareholders would be willing to come up with the remaining funding required one way or another, though this would likely be significantly dilutive and not a preferred course of action (however it would be better than liquidation for said holders).

APG is and always has been a highly risky stock to hold.  However at this level the pay off in the first quarter/first half could be significant if the deal goes through.
