My two big worries about the company is naturally being delisted and number two being diluted to such an extent that shareholders will be completely wiped out.

You talk about the possibility of being significantly diluted. Many years ago a little company was trading at 4 cents, then a capital reconstruction on a one for ten basis which saw them trade momentarily at 40 cents, Guess what, in a couple of weeks they were back to 4 cents. If this was to happen to APG, well you can guess the consequences of that.

Delisting at this stage would also be disastrous and should this happen the chance of another company coming on board would in my opinion be minimal.

Buying this stock post good news if it happens will undoubtedly mean buying at a higher price but at a safer level, and lets hope that some miracle can occur to bring about this course of events.

In the meantime it just joins the list of basically unwanted penny dreadfuls.
