the chart top is 11.5c, could be tested on TINCOM, remote but the chart says its possible.
Base 2.2c has been test many times thanks to the con note holder!
2.8c is a key level, at this stage, the FSS is due by 31st March, which would trigger tincom, maybe its close but either way larry joinign is a good sign, but like all signs we need them to end up at a destination, and you can see by the way they put and pull bids some intrest has returned, lets hope it doesnt end up at 2.2c in 3 days time and another 3b!!
