Yes, though she has a good head start, and benefited from the industrialisation of China, she is very astute, and I assume pretty hard working.
What she did with Hope Downs was impressive, but the takeover of Atlas was another very shrewd move….I actually had bought back in to Atlas, hoping someone would pay good money….she paid over what a lot of the so called “analysts” thought it was worth, but she got a huge bargain
The lightening off of her interests in Beef industry was pretty well timed also, and apparently ( looking at gas shortages and prices ) her take over (50%) of Senex….she did me there too, as instead of outbidding the bidding company, she went 50/50 with them, removing competitive tension, and also harnessing some of their expertise in oil and gas!
