The NSW Greens are hopeless, as the article points out, as part of the leadership seem to be from the old Communist Party (CPA) or the SPA (Socialist Party of Australia), which took its orders from Moscow. Putting forward a senate candidate like Lee Rhiannon, whose parents were in the CPA and who was in the SPA, sums it up really. Caring for the environment doesn't equate with voting for an old Trotskyite.
No wonder the young educated professional demographic that the Greens are chasing won't go near the NSW Greens.
