NOTE 32.
EVENTS OCCURRING AFTER REPORTING DATE
On 1 September 2004 Compumedics Limited, through its 100% owned subsidiary Compumedics Germany GmbH, acquired the
business of DWL Elektronische Systems GmbH for total consideration of EUR1.5m.
The purchase price for the acquisition was fully funded by new facilities provided by the ANZ Bank.
In addition, the ANZ has provided a further EUR1.5m working capital facility for use by Compumedics Germany GmbH.Compumedics, for its EUR1.5m purchase price, acquired 30 staff, inventory and fi xed assets from DWL Elektroniche Systems GmbH.
