    Alright just found the title and realised it was for estimating costs for mineral projects in Australia. But it is still a useful book to have a look at if your library carries it. The mining and mineral processing techniques will largely be the same, you'd just have to adjust the costs a bit to take into account that your'e in Peru instead.
