    are more deserving of ire (and cost a lot more), re performance, given they're in the kitchen?
    not up for vote though i spose.
    3 years severance pay for MD, ....WOW!.
    MD 87M shares, with SSE only 5 year contracts in management team. (hope severance isn't linked to end of contract)
