It wouldn't matter because Hamas will just contradict such numbers and inflate the figure, fudging the civilian to Hamas casualties and report it on.
The UN is overwhelmed by Muslim countries with their representation, and/or corrupted by the influence of Gulf oil. That's why it's blatantly anti-India and anti-Israel and why you will get dodgy "official" numbers.
