I like your faith in a falling market both the SP/U spot. Suspect they got very low ball offers hence the 20% discount to cap raise was a better one for holders.
Destruction of SP by half are not manufactured by shorters. I reckon the fundamentals are not there for a charging bull. No appreciation of spot = no SP movement up. I think its that simple afterall any additional valuation is purely based on how far the net profit margin can expand.
