i think the cap raising was great. Give new holders the ability to buy in much much cheaper then before and means that paladin will not be forced to do a cheap sell down of LH.....and it sends the signal to want to be buyers that they need to cough up more if they want to buy a stake in LH..
also a 20% stake in LH was touted as brining in around $200m right....when you tell that to potential buyers....surely they must be telling themselves....why don't i pay a little more then double of that and just buy the whole of LH and eveyr other asset pdn owns :-) here's hoping!!!
