My guess is the trading halt is about madman divestment.
They have been saying that it would be finalized by end of May.
I can't find Chill Factor in the US websites. There is this really, really similar product called squeezy freezy; but if this is the same product; it has serious manufacturing issue in US because 1/2 of the Amazon reviewer said "It does not work".
