Sandy was obviously not alone with his (her?) observation as I'm suspecting many who have been monitoring this stock know it will close this month very strongly. Half way through today's trading CXY has almost 10,000 shares traded, which is roughly the same as yesterday's total. Will the trading slow down? Or will it pick up in the last 15 minutes while it's still below 10 cents? Watch this space!
