Trolls like that. I have a couple theories:
1. They try and talk the stock up so retail plebs buy up and they can pump and dump
2. A more advanced theory, Puppet Master - they assume the character of a severely deluded and totally uneducated bull, thereby making the whole bullish cause seem stupid. Holders lose faith in the integrity of other bulls and jump ship, increasing the Puppet Master's short alpha.
