I followed this stock for more than a year now. My conclusion is the legal actions being taken or said to be taken are full in the air and always. It's not how you run a small corporate. If you failed, admit that. Don't just say we challenge that, we're not wrong until the court prove it so. Too late for that and who is going to do business with you if you are full of use of that stuff in any way of life. It's got to be extremely careful to carry a business with you dog.
And as Nachu is the last asset (hope not put against any loan) shareholders will need to voice out who they want to run the show from there.
