i do not know what was put up as collateral by magnis for the recent loan to GBA Capital but a mining lease is a very possible item. did magnis pay that loan back on 30 November??... or is that collateral - maybe a mining lease - up for grabs now by that lender??
problem here is the company likes to keep things quiet...... do you trust them?
