90% of that has been thrown out the window if you use Tesla's marketing model, direct sale via website, limited models/options, spare parts mostly just needed for accidents and minimal service requirements especially if not driven hard. Many new car dealerships are just going to fade away as we transition to EVs and subsequently a driverless, hireable car fleet.
